This semi-opaque white liquid watercolor is perfect for mixing with our line of watercolors to create pastels. Mixes and blends easily - dilute to desired color intensity with water. Sets well when dry. A 0.5 oz glass bottle with an eyedropper screw top for maximum control. Shake well as color separates upon standing.
